   Food Handler Certification


 This training covers the core fundamentals of safe food handling for any food service person. Training includes:

  • Good Personal Hygiene

  • Avoiding Time and Temperature Abuse

  • Preventing Cross Contamination

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing 


Upon successful completion of this class with a 75% passing score of a 40 question quiz, a certificate is awarded.


This course is great for any individual who does not require a Food Manager License and is part of any food service. Though this training is not a state requirement, it is effective in contributing to safe service and reducing the risks of foodbourne illnesses. 


The tuition is $450 flat rate per10 students or $55 per student (minimum 3 students).  The duration of this course is 3–4 hours.
